Description
Summary:Focal formations of the liver are the result of a large number of benign and malignant processes. Actual an early and accuracy differential diagnostics of pathological processes, as the tactics of the patients depends on the nature formations. Ultrasound plays a key role in the diagnostic algorithm as it is a widely used, does not carry radiation exposure, does not require a lot of time and economic costs. The use of contrast agents can improve the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound. Development and introduction in medicine the new domestic contrast agents requires their preliminary studies in an experimental model. However, to date, unambiguous recommendations for creating a model of focal liver damage does not exist.
