| Summary: | The article provides a systematic analysis and generalization of the problems that occur when creating, accumulating and storing stocks of material values to ensure the legally established purpose of the state material reserve. The cause-and-effect relationships that determine the critical condition of the state material reserve system of Ukraine are investigated. According to the results of the conducted research, it is proposed to use an integrated approach in order to overcome the negative trends of reducing the volume of reserves in the state material reserve, which will ensure the concentration of efforts and financial resources for accumulation and storage, optimal in terms of the nomenclature and volumes of material values. An integrated approach involves the development of a proposal for making changes to the legislation regarding the revision of the appointment of the state material reserve based on modern conditions and a number of measures to improve the activities of creating stocks of material values. |
