Summary:Combined application of systemic and topical non-steroid anti-inflammatory preparation (NSAID) was studied, in order to increase efficiency of analgesic therapy, observation with participation of the patients with acute non-specific back and neck pain was performed. Combination of systemic and local NSAID was shown to have an advantage over NSAID monotherapy in the form of faster pain relief at rest and movement, reduction of painful muscular tension, at the same level of safety.
