Description
Summary:This article describes the process of decision-making in combat unforeseen conditions and rapidly changing circumstances of warfare, which is typical for the conditions of the situation in which there are joint units Special Operations Forces and information operation, which develops and chaotic that it is impossible to control. In particular, the article describes the universal decision cycle, effective in any unforeseen circumstances - ”Loop OODA”. The basis of the loop put multiple cycles of decisions and actions until you select only right that was optimal under certain conditions and circumstances. This is due to the strict time constraints and some objective factors, namely: the action takes place in areas where there is no possibility to deploy numerous military groups; Special Operations Forces units operate independently, without the support of the main forces; remote areas of the joint operation of the main forces; negative perception of the presence of foreign military population contingents; you need to deploy resistance movements and guerrilla movements in the area of operations, etc.
