Description
Summary:OBJECTIVES This narrative study aimed to elucidate home-training in adults. METHODS We collected qualitative data through multiple in-depth interviews with each participant and determined the authenticity of the data through peer review and expert consultation using the inductive analysis method. The researchers transcribed and categorized the data from the interviews based on their meanings to draw common conclusions. RESULTS The results were classified into three categories; recommended home exercise that can be performed alone, the effectiveness of home exercise, and the relevance of home exercise in social and life distancing situations. CONCLUSIONS We examined home-training and identified its positive effects in adults.
