Description
Summary:Personal and Impersonal in Online Education. Perceptual Perspectives and Creative and Adaptive Approaches Like any other new phenomenon, online education first generated a resistance attitude and scared people. Then, by acceptance, it triggered creative mechanisms of adaptation, evolution and transformation. The old structures are not lost, they are becoming new approaches, new solutions adapted and improved, even innovative, which are propelling us to a new evolution phase. We remove the premise that the phenomena are neutral. The differences are given by the subject (who), by the perceptual horizon – which determines the approach (how), by the intent - purpose, meaning. We can use the same method to determine the meaning of personal and impersonal.
