description ABSTRACT Unilateral congenital cartilaginous rests of the neck (CCRN) are rare, typically benign anomalies that can be clinically mistaken for other cervical lesions. Accurate diagnosis and effective management require a combination of thorough clinical evaluation, appropriate imaging, surgical excision, and histopathological confirmation. In this report, we present a case of unilateral CCRN and provide a review of similar cases published between 2014 and 2024.
