Description
Summary:Latitude and longitude track electronic maps provide the foundation for satellite-based positioning calculations in train operation control systems. To align with the requirements of positioning algorithms and the storage capacity of equipment, longitude and latitude data of the tracks need to be collected and processed to generate matching track electronic maps. The approach proposed in this paper utilizes the LKJ-15 system, which is based on the BeiDou navigation satellite system, to enable the non-inductive acquisition of longitude and latitude data. The subsequent combination of LKJ basic data, LKJ operation files, and positioning data yields longitude and latitude trajectories for trains. The orthogonal least squares method is then adopted to fit the tracks in sections, resulting in electronic maps derived from the data fitting results according to the algorithm requirements. Applications using data measured in the up traffic direction of the Taishizhuang-Hejian section on the east line of the Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway revealed the maximum error of the fitting data below 60 cm. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in generating track electronic maps that can meet the accuracy requirements of centimeter lever positioning for trains.
