| Summary: | This study examines the Constitution of Islamic law before independence and and the Constitution of Islamic law after independence since independence 1945 until now. This study uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the Constitution of Islamic law in the state of Indonesia has undergone significant changes and developments,although in the mid-independence period the development of the Constitution of Islamic law has broken through and influenced to enter into the constitutions of the state of Indonesia periodically and continuously, but after mid-independence, there was a change 4, this opens up the space for the development of Islamic law in the constitutions of the Indonesian state to make significant progress so that some products of legislation can be considered for inclusion in legislation that can also affect the constitutional legal system in Indonesia |
