description | For the scientific,reasonable and efficient use of water resources,this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization and development model of Shiqiao Hydropower Station with the power generation and firm output as the goal,and the river ecological flow as the main constraint,builds a solution model by the mathematical simulation technology,and obtains the optimal operation and scheduling scheme of the hydropower station under inflow conditions in typical years for realizing the unity of economic goals and ecological goals of the hydropower station.With consideration of multiple factors such as ecology,topography and water resources,the No.15 scheme with annual power generation of 20.232 million kW·h and firm output of 1 336 kW is selected as the optimal operation and scheduling scheme of Shiqiao Hydropower Station under inflow conditions in typical years,in which the water resources of Shiqiao Hydropower Station can be fully utilized. |
