However, the industry is still facing many challenges, and there are still some deficiencies that need to be adjusted as soon as possible. This paper uses PEST analysis to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external current situation of the industry, and from the cost control, improve the follow-up infrastructure construction and strengthen the export of new energy vehicles in three directions, put forward specific and realistic suggestions on existing issues.
