| Summary: | The human papillomavirus (HPV), which encompasses nearly 200 genotypes, is intimately associated with a wide range of skin diseases. HPV vaccines have been widely used to prevent diseases such as cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum, and have also been shown new potential in the treatment of skin diseases. This article aims to review existing literature and comprehensively analyze the therapeutic effects of HPV vaccines on skin conditions such as cutaneous warts, condyloma acuminatum, keratinocyte tumors, and epidermodysplasia verruciformis, in order to explore the future applications of HPV vaccines, optimize treatment strategies, and contribute to improving public health. |
