Among the cows with retained placenta, abortion, twin birth, dead birth and living birth were in 6.42 %, 7.69 %, 5 % and 88.58 %, respectively. A higher risk of retained placenta was observed in cows that calved in spring and summer monlhs. al the ages of 3. 4 and 8 years, that calved for 5 times and dystocia. No relationship was observed between the sex of calve and Irequency of retained placenta. |
