description According R&D requirement of railway vehicle electric detection technology, the idea of constructing complete recurrence of complete conditions of complete system test system was presented. The overall design of traction power test system, TCN network test system, RAMS/LCC test system and software RAMS evaluation was introduced, which implemented deep evaluation of system products and multi-system combination in laboratory, and provided technical solutions for electric equipment and system RAMS/LCC certification of railway vehicle.
