| Summary: | This research aims to determine the acceptance attitude of SIMBHP users at the Brawijaya University head office towards the application of SIMBHP which has been studied scientifically to contribute to the continued development of SIMBHP. The researcher used the modified TAM because system adoption at the Brawijaya University Head Office is mandatory, with the hope that TAM will be able to dig deeper into the perceptions that arise among SIMBHP operators regarding system adoption. Using quantitative research, this research was carried out using an integration approach of TAM and other external variables, where this research model was built to analyze what factors influence the acceptance of technology use. The research results show that all variables have a positive and significant effect. The application of a new system which is mandatory (mandatory) can be carried out without considering employees' attitudes, self-confidence, employee willingness to use the information system, or perceptions regarding the difficulty or ease of using the information system, which does not affect the employee's desire to use the system that is mandatory. |
