It will specifically focus on the process of shaping civic attitudes related to combating hate speech, using practices in the field of problem-solving justice in Wrocław, Poland as an example. The underlying concept, which centers on social change, emerged as a response to the perceived shortcomings of the retributive justice system. This approach empowers communities to articulate the nature of the harm caused and to oversee the process of reparation. In this case, the harm in question is hate speech, and its victims are considered not only on an individual but also on a collective level. |
