| Summary: | The main aim of this study is the re-evaluation of theory of truth which was proposes by Petre Botezatu in the context of European investigations of problems of truth. If the theory which was propose by Tarski is a formal theory of truth, a theory about the different kinds of language, a theory about the attribute „truth”, the theory purpose by Petre Botezatu is one about the real content of thought. The Romanian logician, in his theory, has succeeded to
achieve an analysis of concept „correspondence”. After him, „correspondence” possesses three different aspects: reference, representation and information. This idea offers a base more solid for a theory of correspondence-truth. |
