description | E-health contributes to the democratisation of knowledge regarding the access to healthcare among populations. In this sense, a free interactive website 2 enables each user to question various medical demography indicators of his own "lived territory". This website highlights the use of first-line care (access to emergency services) to identify the inadequacies between the care supply and the real care "needs" of the populations. In 2015, five hundred fifty-seven official emergency services operated in metropolitan France and received more than 17 million first-time visitors for emergency care. However, it is necessary to have a relevant territory reference shaping as closely as possible the spatial practice of users in order to provide the users (citizens, public authorities) with the objective view. The relevant territory reference is represented in this research by the « lived territory ». This research paper also proposes a projection for 2025 and 2030 of the theoretical needs in medical demography of general practitioners in these operational territories, i.e., « lived territories », in metropolitan France. |
