The main aim of this introduction to the special theme section on International Organizations in the Era of Decolonization is to identify some of the most promising scientific developments that took place in this field, connecting them to specific historical phenomena and processes. The text concludes by showing how the different articles that are part of this theme section dialogue with, and try to respond to, some of these intellectual questions and problems. |
