A 20-year-old male visited to out patient department with a complain of poor vision in both eyes. Patient underwent a comprehensive ocular examination including best corrected visual acuity, fundus examination and spectral domain optical coherence tomography and was diagnosed with bilateral macular coloboma. Thus, to conclude, macular coloboma is a rare entity with poor visual prognosis. However, low vision rehabilitation services could be suggested to enhance the residual vision.
