Description
Summary:Nowadays, namely, in times of change, not only the sphere of business but also the state sphere is being upgraded. State-owned enterprises should be able to adapt to the situation in order to attract a client. This article examines the essence of the Kaizen technique in the context of its use in medical institutions of Ukraine during changes in the structure of the medical industry. To solve these problems the author uses such general scientific methods of research as description, comparison, analysis, synthesis and some others. The difference between the Japanese national character and the Ukrainian one in the context of the introduction of the Kaizen technique on Ukrainian enterprises is studied in detail. The Kaizen system is built primarily on interaction between people, which is why, first of all, it is necessary to develop interpersonal contacts in medical institutions in advance. It is determined that the Kaizen technique can be applied in various fields and industries, and above all be applied in the medical field of Ukraine. The study was conducted at the primary level, which is why it can be concluded that the topic can be further disclosed. It should also be noted that the specialty of providing medical services is the constant contact with clients, thus medical staff should understand how to listen to patients' wishes and use the most valuable ideas to improve the further work of the entire medical structure, while at the same time learning to use the "Kaizen" technique. The basic principles for the implementation of the methodology in the medical field is identified, but it should be noted that the topic of the study is very deep and requires further examination.
