Maxillary - Osteotomy (DISH-FACE DLEFORMITY)
A case report s given and - discussed, where a Tow maxillary advancement osteotomy is done for a malunited maxillary fracture causing dish-face deformity with malocclusion. The indications and classification of thelow maxillary osteotomy are discussed.
