| description | ObjectiveIn order to simulate the trajectory route of the “Long March” and realize punching and voice broadcasting through fixed punching points, a new energy electric vehicle based on the cam mechanism was designed.MethodsFirstly, the fixed punch point was used as the interpolation node, the trajectory planning was carried out by the cubic spline curve interpolation, and the curve trajectory was optimized by the SolidWorks software. Secondly, the car motion model was established and analyzed. Combined with the optimized trajectory curve, the cam contour curve was generated by the Matlab software programming to complete the cam design. Finally, the transmission mechanism and fine-tuning mechanism of the car were designed, and the cam steering mechanism was simulated and analyzed.ResultsThe results show that the structural design of the car can be stable and accurate through the initial punch point. The cam design method is suitable for the design of the car with other complex trajectories and requires through fixed points. |
