Summary:Transmission ratio control and the clamping force control of push V-belt CVT are coupling relationship.It is very difficult to accurately control the transmission ratio and clamping force.From the current research result,in order to improve the transmission efficiency of the CVT,the clamping force must be reduced to working in the critical state.Then,the coupling phenomenon becomes more apparent.Therefore,the coupling causes and influencing factors must be found first to improve the CVT transmission efficiency.The drive mechanism analysis is carried out,and the coupling degree of influencing factor is determined by experiments.And the research provided the foundation for exploring the coupling law foundation.
