Summary:Abstract The aim is to determine the effectiveness of the teaching activities carried out as part of the teaching project. The conducted research shows a significant improvement in the competence level indicator. Material and methods The material for the research was the balance of competences in the form of tests, which students were subjected to as part of the ex ante evaluation, and then as part of the ex post evaluation, using the statistical analysis of competence tests. Results The results of the central tendency and distraction measures indicate high effectiveness of the implemented measures. On average, the level of the competence index increased more than twice, and sometimes tripled. Conclusions The standard study program should be enriched with additional training and workshops. Both traditional forms of training and the more innovative ones brought very good results in generating new or improving existing competences, which then resulted in a greater chance of finding a job.
