Summary:The World Health Organization (WHO) compiles adolescent reproductive health problems that occur throughout the world. Around 50 million people (20%) of Indonesia's population are teenagers (aged 10-19 years). Based on 2005 PKBI data, as many as (33.79%) adolescents are ready to have an abortion. In another study it was found, from 2.4 million cases of abortion or 21% (700-800 thousand) carried out by adolescents (BBKBN-LDFEUI, 2000). Community Service Activities aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of adolescents about sexual violence and reproductive health so as to reduce the occurrence of promiscuity among adolescents. PKM activities are carried out by providing Communication, Information and Education (IEC) as well as Counseling about: 1) Sexual Violence in Children, 2) Reproductive Health, 3) Psychological Conditions for Sexual Violence in Children, and, 4) The Impact of Free Relationship and Early Marriage on Teenager. The activities of providing health education and counseling on sexual violence and reproductive health for adolescents in SMP 01 Sioban Village and Putri Dormitory Sioban Village, Sipora Selatan District Mentawai Islands District were carried out well with support provided by various parties both from the village apparatus, School Principal and Teacher Assembly, as well as local residents. The rise of promiscuity that occurs among adolescents in the village of Sioban gives a negative impression of adolescents due to deviations in behavior and the lack of supervision from the community.
