Description
Summary:In order to study the gas sensitivity of Ag/TiO2 composite film to formaldehyde gas, the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technology was adopted to build the experimental test platform, and the test results were obtained. With the change of the concentration of formaldehyde gas, the position, depth and width of the absorption peak of the resonance absorption peak of the SPR curve will change. The relationship between SPR resonance Angle and formaldehyde concentration was analyzed, and the sensitivity and resolution of different formaldehyde concentrations were calculated. The results show that with the continuous increase of formaldehyde concentration, the sensitivity is increasing, and the resolvable formaldehyde concentration is getting smaller and smaller
