大豆热损与出油率的相关性研究 Correlation between heat-damage and crude oil yield of soybean
进口大豆在海上运输期间常发生热损,从而引起经济纠纷。旨在为客观评估进口大豆热损程度提供理论依据,以进口南美大豆检测数据结合工厂加工的日报数据,客观分析了热损大豆对粗脂肪含量和原油得率的影响。结果表明:34批次进口南美大豆热损前粗脂肪含量平均值为20.53%,热损后粗脂肪含量平均值为20.76%;油脂厂生产日报数据表明,工厂加工热损大豆的热损伤粒率在1.96%~90.17%之间变化,不同热损程度的大豆的原油得率在20%上下窄幅波动,无明显差异。综上,热损大豆与大豆原油得率无直接关系。 Heat-damage often occurs during sea transportation of i...
