description Organizational resilience is an important factor for megaprojects to adapt to dynamic and complex environments. This study aims to explore the relationship between the resource integration mechanism and organizational resilience from the perspectives of resource view and dynamic capability. Dynamic capability and resource availability are selected as the mediating and moderating variables, respectively, to construct a moderated mediation structural equation model. The PLS-SEM method is used to test hypotheses on the basis of the survey data of 243 megaproject practitioners. Results indicate that resource integration has a positive impact on organizational resilience, with dynamic capability playing a mediating role. This mediation effect is negatively moderated by resource availability, which is contrary to the hypotheses. This study defines the resource integration mechanism in the context of megaprojects and constructs a research framework for organizational resilience, which extends relevant concepts to the research field of megaprojects governance. The mediating mechanism of dynamic capability and the negative moderating mechanism of resource availability are clarified, revealing the development law of organizational resilience in megaprojects and thus providing managerial insights and practical implications for improving organizational resilience and resisting environmental uncertainty.
