Summary:The article is devoted to the actual problem - the formation of competitive human capital, which is the most important factor of progressive development of Russian society, the state and the economy. It is shown that in a post industrial society based on the innovation economy, on the continuous technological innovations in all areas, the basis of the competitiveness of human potential becomes evolutionary-activity culture. The fundamental approaches allowing, on the principle of complementarity, to implement the concept of evolutionary-activity culture, to govern self-development of the subject in the course of professional activities are defined. The components of evolutionary-activity culture are stated. It is concluded that the competitiveness of human potential can be achieved through the integrity of system management of components forming an evolutionary-activity culture based on technology and intellectual and informational support of professional activity of the subject. It is proved that the backbone role belongs to the psycho-pedagogical subjects cycle in the preparation of bachelors, specialists and highly qualified personnel to meet the modern requirements of the labor market and the needs of the innovation economy.
