The present article considers the possibility, based on distant reading methodology, to study large amount of bibliographical data using formal method, quantitative and bibliographical methods of analysis. To coordinate and plan the work of specialists in humanitarian and technical fields it is necessary to establish the Interagency bibliographical lab. It can be established in the Russian Academy of Sciences institutions with participation of the Russian largest libraries where there is a concentration of various information resources.
