后新冠疫情时代疾病预防控制机构工作人员离职意愿及影响因素分析
目的了解后新冠疫情时代背景下疾病预防控制机构工作人员离职意愿现状并探讨其离职意愿的影响因素,为维护我国疾病预防控制机构人才队伍的稳定以及促进卫生健康事业稳步发展提供政策建议和参考依据。方法采用“问卷星”电子问卷的方式,于2023年1~2月,对1 508名深圳市疾病预防控制机构工作人员进行问卷调查。通过Logistic逐步回归分析方法,分析疾病预防控制机构工作人员离职意愿的影响因素。结果1 508名调查对象中有离职意愿的工作人员为583人(38.66%)。Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示,工作安排、薪酬水平、职称晋升制度、职业意志、工作前景担忧的得分情况与离职意愿的产生有关联[OR 95%C...
