| Summary: | The article studied the approach to elaboration of development strategy of organization, as well as functional strategy being an integrative part of the principle strategy of the company. First of all, the mission and vision of the company are defined and strategic analysis of the organization aimed at shaping strategic initiatives is carried out. To start with, external factors are estimated by STEEPLE and then EFAS-resume is formed. Later information from EFAS-resume gets to SWOT-analysis and internal strong and weak sides of the company are identified. Then the correlation matrix is plotted, which provides max values and the compensation matrix is formed to describe strategic initiatives necessary for elaboration of development strategy of the company. Elaboration of company strategy is accomplished with the help of well-balanced system of indicators, which consists of the strategic map and the table of goals, indicators and corresponding events. The author provided the process of elaborating development strategy of the company and finance strategy being an integral part (functional strategy) of the principle strategy of the organization. |
