Summary:According to the leakage problem of gear pump when it works under impact load,taking CBJ35gear pump as example,the structure improvement is carried out.The reasonable improvement and theoretical analysis of the front and back end cover of gear pump are carried out.Through the simulation software Fluent,the simulation of gear pump inner flow field distribution is carried out,and the vector diagrams of pressure and velocity are got.According to the improved structure,the prototype is produced and the impact test of prototype is carried out.The test result shows that the leakage problem is improved and the efficiency has not been changed.The results can provide theoretical bases to design the gear pump.
