description DISTRIBUTIVE NETWORKS The work is devoted to the evaluation of one of the ways to improve the quality of electric power -the use ofparallel active harmonic filters in 0.4 kV distribution networks. The research methods were based on experimentally obtained oscillograms of electricity consumers and their further study. The analysis of the impact of typical household consumers on the quality of electricity has been carried out. It has been established that the use ofparallel active harmonic filters placed on the inputs to buildings is a promising way to solve the problems of low power quality.
