| description | This article examines the link between the two formulas of "ecological transition" and "digital transition" in the biodiversity preservation sector. Based on the analysis of a nature mediation platform developed in Isère (France), we study the impact of these formulas on new ways of thinking about mechanisms and policies for protecting nature. We show how the "digital transition" is embraced by actors without being really questioned. We then highlight the weak integration of the "ecological transition" formula in dealing with biodiversity and living organisms, unlike the issues of energy or climate. To conclude, we discuss the masking effects of these two formulas: masking the passages between digital devices and work in the field; masking our relationship with living organisms in favour of an anthropocentric conception of ecology. |
