| Summary: | Purpose: This paper seeks to review and analyze the progress made in the attainment of Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) as set by the United Nations in 2015 with focus on SDG-4 i.e., Quality Education impacting the others.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The Smart Pls 4.0 has been used to test the relationship among variables. The data was collected from 384 respondents working in Higher Education Institutions in Pakistan using a self-administered survey questionnaire through convenience sampling technique.
Findings: The study discovered that principles and values, social environment, solidarity, human dignity, human freedom positively and significantly impact quality education, while citizenship and participation insignificantly impact. On the other hand, shared vision capability fully mediates the relationship between the citizenship, participation and quality education, while partially mediates the relationship among principles and values, social environment, solidarity, human dignity, human freedom and quality education. Resource slack shows positive and significant moderating impact on social environment, solidarity, human dignity, human freedom and quality education, while it shows insignificant moderating impact on principles and values, citizenship, participation and quality education..
Implications/Originality/Value: These research results make a significant contribution to helping higher education institutions to form the environmental corporate social responsibility policies by keeping in mind SDG’s for fulfilling sustainable development objectives and to establish the environmental friendliness criteria in society.
