In the rare circumstance of a complication, it is often related to bleeding and usually managed conservatively. However, complications requiring surgical intervention can occur and remind practitioners of the importance of proper equipment and technique. Herein, we report a case in which extensive injuries to the penile skin after neonatal circumcision using a Gomco clamp required emergent intervention. |
