| description | In order to reduce consumption of sawdust, make full use of the resourceful corn stalks in Lentinula edodes (Berk) Pegler cultivation, five indexes including the contents of carbon (C) and nitrogen (N), C/N ratio in cultural materials, the contents of essential amino acid (EAA) and nutritional index (NI) in L. edodes were analyzed and optimized by formula uniform design with corn stalk powder as main cultivation substrate, sawdust and wheat bran as supplemental cultivation substrates. The results indicated that the contents of corn stalk powder and sawdust was significant negative and positive correlation with the content of EAA and NI, respectively. Moreover, the contents of C and N, C/N ratio were regressive correlation with EAA, and prominent positive correlation with NI. Therefore, there was not a pronounced change in the contents of EAA and NI when the content of corn stalk powder was lower than 74.50% and the content of sawdust not less than 11.64%, indicating that it was feasible to cultivate L. edodes with corn stalk instead of sawdust with important economic and social values. |
