Determination of molybdenum in bean by ICP-AES
The method of determining Mo levels in the bean samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was studied. The samples were digested using dry-ashing. The detection limit is 0.82 µg·g-1. The RSD is 2.1% (n=8) with recoveries of 93.0%-98.6%.
