| description | The study is devoted to the study of the problems of organizational features of the actor’s development in politics through the prism of theories and approaches of management and political science. Methodologically, the work is based on a combination of approaches, including the concepts of I. Adizes, F. Laloux, E. Shein, a civilizational approach, and the anthropological dimension of interstate relations. The author aims to answer the question: what is primary - leadership or organizational culture? As a result, a number of the following conclusions are formulated. There are approaches in management theories, although they contradict each other, they give unambiguous answers to the research question. In political science, the situation is not so clear, including due to insufficient scientific study. In the field of politics, we can see illustrations of the relationship between leadership and political culture both on the example of historical cases and in the analysis of modern political actors (the EU and the UN are taken as examples of such). In this regard, it seems productive to use a civilizational approach, as well as the application of some management theories to analyze the political environment. |
