description The inner transmission train model based on hybrid-driving is built and the numerically simulation is carried out.By using the servo motor as the executor to add compensating motion to the adjustable portion of the transmission train,to make the actual speed of the end piece of the transmission train close to its ideal speed.After establishing dynamic model,the Simulink tool in the MATLAB software is applied to implement modeling and numerical simulation in a computer.Taking the main transmission system of a hobbing machine as simulated object,the numerically simulation of the speed changes in the cutting process of gears with teeth numbers of 38 & 50 are carried out.According to the simulation,it is confirmed that this hybrid-driving inner transmission train is feasible,and the transmission errors are equivalent to the errors of the detecting sensor of end pieces.
