Description
Summary:In order to study the aggregation mechanism and particulate emission reduction characteristics of the flue agglomerator, the flow field characteristics of the turbulent region of the agglomerator under steady/unsteady conditions were simulated and obtained by commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The agglomeration process of particles in the agglomerator was theoretically calculated and verified by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The agglomerator in the laboratory reduced PM2.5 emissions by 20.8%, compared with 30.1% and 37% in the actual project. The results can provide reference for large-scale engineering application of particle coagulation technology.
