| Summary: | Within the international legal framework, there are a number of documents dealing with the protection of children, which are directly or indirectly related to sexual abuse and exploitation of children. Thus, in this paper, the authors will deal with international documents dealing with the protection against sexual abuse and exploitation of children with special emphasis on documents that directly deal with the protection of children from sexual abuse and exploitation in the digital environment. Due to the volume of international documents regulating the protection of children in this area, attention will be paid only to the most important international documents. |
