| Summary: | Study on rational determination of the standard of compensatory payment for requisition of land is very important to treat the inconsistency between city and country. This paper discussed the idea of how to confirm the land requisition compensation standard a careful consideration of the general status of land requisition and the rationality of the present compensation standard in Zhejiang Province. On this situation of paper the eleven districts of Zhejiang Province was taken an examples in the analysis using the residual method. It was proposed that the discussion of the land property right and farmers' civic rights should be separated in the process of land requisition. If the government can manage the tax strictly according to the regulation of land value increment tax, the income of this tax should be enough to pay for the lowest living guarantee of the farmers who lost land and the public investment in the city land development. |
