Description
Summary:The paper introduces a comparative description of the territory of the Absheron Peninsula. The soil cover structures of Absheron were studied, and the internal qualities of these structures were determined. Field soil and laboratory studies of the Absheron Peninsula are shown. Several soil cover structures were identified, and their soil composition was determined. Based on the research, 9 types of soil cover structures were identified. It was established that it is possible to prevent waterlogging of the soils of the Absheron Peninsula only if the groundwater level is reduced below the critical level. The construction of drainage is proposed to solve these issues.
