description This research investigates how maritime vocational schools contribute toempower the maritime industry’sy adoption oftowards sustainable port and shipping practices. Moreover, vocational students demonstrate a propensity for innovation, introducing energy-efficient technologies and sustainable shipping practices. Stakeholder endorsement reinforces the transformative role of vocational schools in sustainable management, effectively bridging academic theory with practical industry applications. Recommendations include continuous curriculum enhancements and strengthened industry partnerships to sustain progress towards sustainable maritime practices. This research provides actionable insights for educators, policymakers, and industry leaders striving to advance environmental stewardship within global maritime operations.
