En el estudio se discuten aspectos evolutivos de diversidad genética en un centro secundario.<br>238 samples of Phaseolus vulgaris L. from Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rhodesia and Zimbabwe of the south-eastern of Africa were analyzed for their phaseolin types using the SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Tracing them bad to their centers of origin in the Americas, a majority of materials (69%) were found to be of "T" type, indicating an origin in the Southern Andes. Evolution aspects of genetic diversity in a secondary center are discussed. |
