社区卒中防治地图的构建与展望 Construction and Prospects of Community Stroke Prevention and Treatment Maps
卒中作为我国成人致死致残的首位病因，给社会和家庭造成了沉重的经济负担。既往以院内救治为主的医疗模式虽不断完善，但卒中发病率仍呈上升趋势。为此，我国正积极推进卒中防治策略转型，构建预防干预与临床救治并重的综合防控体系。通过强化全民健康教育网络、优化以社区健康服务中心为枢纽的高危人群筛查管理机制、创新社区卒中防治地图体系，形成未发病时、疾病早期和中后期三级预防闭环管理。这一体系已成为降低卒中发病率、致残率、死亡率及改善患者生存质量的关键路径。本文重点论述社区卒中防治地图体系的系统化构建策略，并深入剖析其现实意义、实施难点与对策，为提升社区卒中防治水平提供理论依据和实践参考。 Abstract...

Abstract: As the leading cause of adult death and disability in China, stroke has caused a heavy economic burden to society and families. Although the past medical model based on in-hospital treatment has been continuously improved, the incidence of stroke is still on the rise. Therefore, China is actively promoting the transformation of stroke prevention and treatment strategies, constructing a comprehensive prevention and treatment system that attaches equal importance to prevention and intervention and clinical treatment. By strengthening the national health education network, optimizing the screening and management mechanism for high-risk groups centered on community health service centers, and innovating the community stroke prevention and treatment map system, a three-level closed-loop prevention management system has been formed for the stages before the onset, early stage, and middle-late stage. This system has become a key path to reduce the incidence, disability rate, and mortality of stroke and improve the quality of life of patients. This paper focuses on the systematic construction strategy of the community stroke prevention and treatment map system, and deeply analyzes its practical significance, implementation difficulties, and countermeasures, providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the level of community stroke prevention and treatment. |
