The article contains the independent researches in defining the modern approaches to labour market assessment, its potential, unemployment level, small and medium entrepreneurship assistance, the forecast for the nearest future is given. The measures undertaken for decreasing the tension in the labour market are suggested. The arguments given in the article are based on thorough statistic and empirical data gathered in North Caucasus Federal District labour market, as well as on the results of practical activity analysis. |
